By enrolling in our Customer Appreciation Program (the “Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions, along with our [Privacy Policy], which may be updated periodically at Eastside Sports’ discretion. Program Overview

The Eastside Sports Customer Appreciation Program is our way of thanking you for your loyalty. Once enrolled, members can earn rewards on Qualifying Purchases made at any Eastside Sports retail location or on our website. Enrollment is free and can be completed online or in-store—no purchase necessary.

Qualifying Purchases include most products sold in our stores and on our website.

Eligibility and Enrollment

To join the Program, you must:
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Have a valid U.S. phone number or email address

Each member is allowed one account. The phone number or email provided will serve as your unique Program ID, which must be presented at checkout (online or in-store) to earn rewards. Only one email and one phone number may be associated with each account. Members are responsible for keeping their contact information current.

Eastside Sports is not responsible for missed communications due to outdated or incorrect contact details.

Marketing Communications

By enrolling, you agree to receive emails about your rewards, program updates, and special offers from Eastside Sports and our partners. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Note: opting out of marketing emails will not affect your Program membership or rewards points, but some Program features may require that you remain subscribed.

Existing Members

If you were part of our previous rewards program, your account details have been transferred to the new Program, effective March 1, 2025. However, to access all new features and benefits, you must complete the updated sign-up process online or in-store.

Program Changes and Cancellation

Eastside Sports reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Program at any time and without notice. Any updates will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Program accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned. You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing: info@eastsidesports.com. Please note, cancellation does not automatically opt you out of marketing emails.

Member Conduct

Eastside Sports reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member’s participation in the Program if any misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms is detected, including any form of misrepresentation or fraud.

This Program replaces all previous Eastside Sports loyalty or rewards programs in their entirety.
